2. No Guaranteed Refunds

Due to the nature of digital and performance marketing services, all payments made to Adzglobe are generally non-refundable once the campaign, service, or work has commenced.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate or erroneous payment made by the client
• Payment received but service not initiated due to internal error
• Refund explicitly agreed in writing before campaign launch

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Media spend, ad credits, or third-party advertising costs
• Setup fees, onboarding fees, or consultation charges
• Performance-based campaign results (CPA, CPL, CPI)
• Partially delivered or completed services

5. Refund Request Process

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited back through the original payment method.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request service cancellation; however, cancellation does not guarantee a refund. Services already rendered or costs incurred will be deducted.
